  1. Requesting a Quote and Scheduling an Appointment: To initiate the process, visit our booking calendar, give us a call, or send us a text to request a quote for your document notarization. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, ensuring you can select a convenient appointment. If the available times don’t work for you, feel free to reach out for further assistance.
  2. Providing Necessary Information: While your appointment is pending, we will reach out to you to gather relevant details about your document, such as the number of signers, witnesses, and any specific requirements. This enables us to customize the notarization session to your unique specifications, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
  3. Estimate: You will receive an estimate based on your document needs. There are no upfront costs to schedule the appointment, and payment will only be due after the session for the release of the notarized document.Your appointment will be confirmed after your estimate is approved.
  4. Document Upload: Once your appointment is confirmed, we request that you upload your documents to us. This will allow us to efficiently prepare your documents for our session and ensure a smooth and streamlined notarization process. Our upload folder is located on our home page. After reviewing your document, if additional notarial needs arise—such as adding a signer, witness, or other services not covered in the initial contact—a revised estimate will be provided.
  5. Session Invitation: 1 hour before your appointment time you will receive an email and text with our session link. Our appointment will take place through the BlueNotary platform, a secure and convenient solution for remote online notarization. BlueNotary allows us to conduct the session through a live video and audio feed, ensuring all participants can sign and notarize documents in real time. This platform complies with legal standards by recording the entire session for security and verification purposes. All participants, including any required witnesses, can join remotely, making the process simple and efficient. Please enable access to your microphone and camera as the session will be recorded both visually and audibly
  6. ID Verification: BlueNotary’s platform offers ID verification and Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) to ensure that all signers are verified, providing an added layer of security and trust. Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) is a security method used to verify an individual’s identity by asking specific, personal questions that only they would know the answers to. An example of KBA would be asking a signer to confirm their previous addresses or the make of a car they owned. This step guarantees that only authorized individuals are present in the notarization session, providing peace of mind and maintaining the integrity of the process. Start your I.D. verification process as soon as possible, which typically takes about 5 minutes. Please have a valid form of photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport. At the scheduled time, our experienced notary will join you.
  7. Final Payment: After our session has concluded and your document has been notarized, you will proceed with making the payment for services rendered. It is essential to complete your payment to receive your notarized document.
  8. Convenient Document Access: Upon the completion of the session, you will gain immediate access to your notarized documents to download, encrypted with a digital certificate that confirms the validity and prevents the document from being tampered with. You will have access to the notorized document for up to 10 years through the Blue Notary platform.
