Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. To ensure smooth operations and provide efficient service to all, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation

• If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. You can easily cancel your appointment by following the instructions provided in your appointment confirmation.

Rescheduling

• If you wish to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 2 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments can easily be rescheduled via your appointment confirmation.

We highly recommend rescheduling your appointment if you cannot attend within the 2-hour time frame. We have implemented this policy to account for the preparation and setup involved with our notary, witnesses (if applicable) , and video session, which are ready and arranged specifically for your appointment.
